What makes Clarence different from a regular serviced office?

Virtual memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in, no set-up fee and no security deposit. Private office terms are flexible and built around how practices work, with options explained on a tour.
How much does an office or virtual membership cost?
Virtual memberships run from $100 to $410 a month depending on the tier. Meeting rooms are from $45 an hour. Private offices are priced per office per month and published on each building page: from $850 in Sydney, $1,105 in Melbourne and $935 in Brisbane on a 12 month term, all ex GST.
What’s included in a Clarence office?
A furnished private office, reception, mail handling, cleaning, utilities and 24/7 access, plus free access to the Clarence CPD Series. Meeting rooms are bookable from $45 an hour, and in-house IT and paralegal support are available at member rates.

Yes. Meeting and boardrooms seat 2 to 50 people (event and training spaces up to 60), from $45 per hour, each with screens and video conferencing. Members book through the online system after joining.
Does Clarence offer legal support services?
Yes, Clarence Legal Services is an in-house practice offering paralegal and back-office support as well as conveyancing, and probate advice to member firms as a reduced rate.
