Kathryn Schuck is the Director Principal of Inclusive Family Law and Mediation. She holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in family law and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in Victoria. Kathryn is an Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is passionate about helping families resolve their disputes out of Court. Kathryn is regularly appointed by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to act as an Independent Children’s Lawyer in complex parenting disputes. Kathryn has a special interest in matters involving neurodivergent family members.
