Meeting rooms in Brisbane CBD, minutes from the courts.
Meet your client, prepare your matter or take a call in a private room a few minutes from the Supreme, District, Federal and Magistrates Courts. Your first session is on us, with no membership and no lock-in.
Try the space on your next court day, on us.
Most lawyers who come into the precinct for a hearing make do with a cafe table or the court foyer. Come and see what a proper base feels like instead. Here is how your free session works.
Book the day you are in for court
Choose a meeting room or a day office and tell us the day you will be in the precinct. We will have a private, professional space ready when you arrive.
Use it for your court day, free
Meet your client, review your brief or take a call in a room set up for legal work, a short walk from your hearing. Your first session is on us.
Decide what happens next
Book again by the hour or the day whenever you are next in court. There is no obligation and nothing to cancel.
Your free session covers your first meeting room or day office booking at 95 North Quay. After that, rooms are from $45 an hour and day rates from $275, with no membership required and no card needed to claim the offer.
Court tomorrow, and nowhere professional to prepare.
When your office is at home or in another city, a court day in Brisbane can leave you working from wherever you can find a seat. A room minutes from court, booked by the hour, means you look established from the moment you arrive.
- Client meetings in cafes do not match the practice you are building.
- A hearing across town, and nowhere private to prep or meet beforehand.
- Working from home is fine, until the day you need a room with a door that stays closed.
- A confidential conversation on the court steps is neither comfortable nor professional.
A Brisbane base in the heart of the courts.
95 North Quay sits a couple of hundred metres from the Harry Gibbs Commonwealth Law Courts, home to the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court. The Supreme and District Courts at the Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law and the Brisbane Magistrates Court are a short walk away on George Street, with trains, buses and river transport all close by.

Lawyers who made the move.
When I started out on my own, I needed somewhere that had everything set up so I could just focus on my clients. Clarence gave me that, reception, offices, right near the courts. As my team has grown, they have grown with me. I have gone from one office to four, and it has all just worked.

As the mother of a young child, Clarence has supported me not only as a sole practitioner, but in my growth when I was ready to expand my team. The flexibility and support make it possible to work on my own terms and still have a successful career.
