What does a private office cost?
A private office is priced per office, per month, on the term you choose. On a 12 month term, offices start from:
| Building | Offices from |
|---|---|
| 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney | $850 |
| 65 York Street, Sydney | $935 |
| 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney | $1,615 |
| 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne | $1,105 |
| 456 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne | $1,445 |
| 95 North Quay, Brisbane | $935 |
Per office, per month, on a 12 month term.
The price depends on the size of the room, the floor and whether it has a window. Month to month, 6, 12 and 24 month terms are available; longer terms cost less per month. Your fee covers the office itself, reception greeting your clients, internet, cleaning, utilities, daily mail to your desk, 24/7 access and free access to the Clarence CPD Series. In-house IT, paralegal and marketing support are available when you need them, at member rates, and phone answering is available as an add-on.
What does a virtual membership cost?
Four tiers, all month to month, with no security deposit, no set-up fee and no exit cost.
| Membership | Per month | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Virtual Receptionist | $100 | Phone answering in your firm's name, five calls a business day, 24/7 voicemail to email. |
| Virtual Address | $125 | A CBD practice address with daily mail handling. |
| Virtual Essentials | $195 | The address and the phone answering together. |
| Virtual Office | $410 | Everything in Essentials, plus 4 hours of meeting rooms and 40 hours of coworking each month. |
The honest extras: calls beyond five a day are $3.50 each, message taking is $3.50 a message, and call-and-announce answering is a $90 a month add-on. Meeting rooms for virtual members are from $45 an hour, and a coworking desk is $60 a day, except on Virtual Office where the included hours above apply.
What does coworking cost?
Coworking Flexible is $299 a month for 9 days a month at any location. Coworking Unlimited is $499 a month, any location, no booking needed. A Day Office, a secure private office for the day, is from $200 per person per day. No fixed contracts, no set-up costs, no exit costs.
What do meeting and mediation rooms cost?
Meeting rooms are from $45 an hour and boardrooms from $65 an hour. Every room's individual hourly, half day and full day rate is on the meeting rooms page. Event spaces are priced per booking, from $500 ($600 at 385 Bourke).
Mediation suites are booked as packages rather than by the hour.
What does legal support cost?
Clarence Legal Services paralegals work on an hourly charged basis or as a fixed-price engagement, so you pay for the matter, not a headcount. Rates and services are on the legal services pricing page.

What is included, and what is not?
Included in an office membership: the office, reception, cleaning, utilities, daily mail, 24/7 access, free CPD access, and five days a month of complimentary interstate office use (per business, subject to availability).
Charged when you use them: meeting and mediation rooms, paralegal and member services time, IT support engagements, phone answering, marketing services.
That split is deliberate. You pay one predictable fee for the workspace, and support scales by the matter rather than by headcount.
