Amelia Trotman is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. Admitted to practice in 2004, Amelia has practised exclusively in family and de facto relationship law since 2008.
With a particular interest in complex property matters, international relocation matters and surrogacy, Amelia focuses on developing strong relationships with clients and working with her clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
Amelia was President of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland for the 2015/2016 term. As a mother of three young children, Amelia is acutely aware of issues facing women in the profession and is an advocate for paid parental leave for professional women and flexible work arrangements for men and women across the profession.
