He has practised law in Melbourne for over 30 years, including more than two decades in partner and principal roles heading workplace relations teams, most recently at Rigby Cooke Lawyers. Rob is an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations and Commercial Litigation, and is listed as Recommended in the 2026 Doyle’s Guide for Leading Employment Lawyers (Employer Representation) in Victoria. He holds a Master of Intellectual Property Law from Monash University and is the author of Post-Employment Restraint of Trade (Federation Press).
