About

Lichee is the Director of Lagom Family Law, a firm that delivers empathetic, personalised and technically excellent legal advice in complex family matters.

Lichee is particularly skilled in:
– complex family law matters, including those that involve civil, commercial and criminal issues;
– high net-worth property settlements;
– complex parenting issues; and
– collaborative practice techniques.

Lichee started Lagom Family Law to offer clients personalised service that focused not only on their legal issue but on a thorough assessment of their needs. She is passionate about finding the best outcome for her clients – which may not always be a traditional legal one. Lichee works to build rapport to make her clients comfortable discussing what can often be tough topics during an already stressful time.

Lichee has also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer. The Collaborative model requires parties to commit to resolving their separation outside of the traditional Court process. This allows clients to resolve their parenting and property issues without the threat of being taken to Court. This is a particularly attractive option where a client’s primary objective is for an amicable and respectful separation. Lichee spends time getting to know her clients and offer strategic planning or assessments of client’s family law matters. While it is always preferable to meet with clients at the outset of their family law matter, Lichee is offers a strategic health check for client’s that may have already started their family law journey to ensure they are on the best path to achieve their objectives.
