Alyssa specialises in intellectual property, commercial and regulatory law, and planning law.
In addition to managing trade mark registrations and intellectual property portfolios, she advises on the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts and planning application. Specific areas of focus include all things necessary to set up a business, company or trust (including Business Name, ABN registration, domain name and tax/GST registration), shareholders agreements, online database acquisitions and dispositions, online-user terms and conditions, e-commerce privacy policies, commercial leases, branding strategies, debt recovery and licensing. Alyssa also has a particular interest in the proposed Strata law reforms and planning law.
