I am a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia. I have been a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law since 1994. I have more than 25 years experience bringing Plaintiffs’ claims in the Dust Diseases Tribunal. I have also acted as a Contributions Assessor in the Tribunal’s Claims Resolution Process. I deal extensively with Medical and Professional Negligence claims as well as general common law and insurance litigation.
Family Provision Claims in the Succession list and a major Wills and Estate claim in the Probate List have been a significant part of my practice over the past 5 years. I advise in and conduct applications for financial management Orders in the Protective Division of the Supreme Court and NCAT. My Protective Division work often extends to orders for the determination of a Trust.
I also regularly undertake General Commercial Litigation as well as disputes in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court.
