Colin is very experienced in all aspects of Wills and Estates from initial estate planning, drawing the Will to subsequently obtaining Probate and administering estates in and efficient and cost effective manner. His experience includes both very large and complicated estates as well as simple wills and estates for pensioners.
He is very familiar with associated aspects of superannuation funds, binding death nominations and payment of superannuation benefits following death. Colin has been a registered tax agent for over forty years and regularly prepares income tax returns for individuals and for deceased estates. He has extensive experience in property transfers acting for both sellers and purchasers, personal and commercial.
Colin has been a Notary Public since 1987 and currently serves as a Councillor on the Society of Notaries of New South Wales Inc. Colin is a member of Sydney Legacy and has been the Chairman of its Legal Panel for many years providing advice to it and pro bono advice to Legacy dependants.
