Grant has extensive experience practising in all areas of injury compensation and insurance claims, including public liability, professional negligence, motor accidents, workers compensation, Comcare, TPD and income protection, and general litigation. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court, District Court, Workers Compensation Commission, and Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He has acted in appeals in the NSW Court of Appeal, before the Full Court of the Federal Court, and the High Court.
Grant is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury by the Law Society of NSW.
He is recommended by the Doyle’s guide in the area of work injury compensation.
He has published articles in the area of civil liability, the liability of public authorities, and offender damages, including refereed articles cited by the Courts.
Grant has acted in some of the leading civil liability and medical negligence cases at the trial and appellate level.
