Terri has been practising in the area of employment and workplace law for over 20 years. She is an experienced advocate and educator across the employment law area.
She advises a diverse range of organisations from building and construction, manufacturing, financial and banking industry, professional services and the child care industry.
Terri has extensive experience in advising on sexual harassment, bullying and all forms of discrimination. She has conducted numerous investigations in the discrimination/harassment areas and has litigated extensively in the State and Federal jurisdiction. Of particular note, Terri conducted one of the largest class actions in sex discrimination in Australian legal history.
