95 North Quay
With 93 suites, North Quay has the most range of any Clarence building, from a single-person room up to a 16-person floor. A practice can grow several times over without changing address.
Does being opposite the courts actually save anything?
Yes, and the saving is time on hearing days.
95 North Quay sits across from the Brisbane courts precinct, so a filing run or a listing is a walk, not a cab fare and half an hour.
Reception runs that filing for you, charged to the matter, which for a sole practitioner is the difference between leaving the office and not.
“It's just across the road from the courts. I can pop over and file court docs, or give it to the ladies at reception and they'll file that for me, which is really handy being the only person in my firm.”

Can I start smaller?
