The only workspace in Australia created by lawyers, for lawyers.
Private offices and memberships across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with a network of independent legal practices there when you need it.
Lawyers nearby when you need them, and your own door to close when you don’t.

You run your practice behind your own door. The network is there for the moments you choose to use it.
Witnessing, on your floor
Swearing an affidavit needs another solicitor in the room. Here that is a few doors away rather than a trip across town.
The right practitioner, close by
When a matter lands outside your area, the person who does that work every day may be down the hall. Introductions happen at CPD sessions and in the kitchen.
Someone to think out loud with
When you want to think out loud before sending the difficult letter, there are people here who understand exactly what you are weighing up.
Six buildings, three cities.
Wherever you are based you are part of the same network, with five days a month at any other Clarence location included.

Things people usually ask us first.

Do I have to sign a lease?
No. Every membership is available month to month. Longer commitments of six, twelve or twenty-four months bring the monthly price down.
Is everyone here a lawyer?
Clarence was created by lawyers, for lawyers, and legal practices are the core of the community. Professionals who work alongside the law are members too.
What happens on a tour?
You see the offices and the meeting rooms, meet the team who would look after you, and leave with pricing for the spaces that suit your practice.
The best way to see if it is for you is to see the space.
Leave your details and the team at the building you pick will be in touch to arrange a time. One business day to hear back.

Come and see it for yourself.
Book a tour at the building that suits you. If you would rather start with a question, send it through and we will come back to you.
